OVERVIEW
    AT6808 multi-channel resistance tester is a miniature desktop instrument controlled by high-performance ARM microprocessor with automatic real-time detection. The instrument can measure 8-channel leakage current, 1-channel unaged current and 1-channel short-circuit current at the same time, and display them on the screen at the same time.



    The 1 to 9 channel test range is from 0.0001μA to 20.000mA, and the 10 channel (shorted channel) test range is from 0.01mA to 100mA. All channels have 0.5% accuracy. The current value of each channel is displayed in 5 digits with 99999 readings.



    Each channel of the instrument has an independent comparator, and the 10-channel comparator results are respectively output through the Handler interface. The instrument comes standard with the Handler interface
