OVERVIEW
    AT5800 battery comprehensive tester adopts a high-performance ARM microprocessor-controlled battery comprehensive tester, which has excellent speed and performance.

    It has beautiful appearance, fast and stable testing, and is used to test the performance of lithium batteries, Ni-MH batteries, Ni-CD batteries and lead-acid batteries.

    AT5800 provides five test functions: programmable DC power supply, DC electronic load, battery internal resistance test, battery capacity test and comprehensive test.

    AT5800 can use the comprehensive test function to improve the test efficiency.

    A single machine can complete routine tests such as battery charging and discharging, voltage AC and DC internal resistance, over-charge and over-discharge.

    Abundant interfaces and communication protocols meet the installation requirements of automation equipment, and calmly respond to various industrial field tests.

    Short CircuitTo load the maximum current within the set time, simulates the short-circuit condition, and detects whether the current is cut off at the same time. The short-circuit protection time of the battery is tested and compared with the set upper and lower limits to determine whether the battery short-circuit protection function is normal or short-circuited.
    Battery RecoveryAfter the short circuit test, over-charge test, and over-discharge test, the battery may be in a protected state, and the recovery test can determine whether the battery is back to normal.
