OVERVIEW
    The AT51306 Four-Probe Multi-Channel Sheet Resistance Tester is a compact benchtop instrument controlled by a high-performance ARM microprocessor. It enables fully automated real-time detection and sequential scanning measurement of data. Featuring a full-color LCD display and a digital keypad integrated with the Applent Instruments operating system, it ensures clearer display and more convenient operation。

    The AT51306 incorporates an F-value calculation function based on length (0~10000mm), width (0~10000mm), and spacing (0~10000mm)

    It supports internal storage for 10 parameter sets, while an external USB drive can additionally store 10 sets, facilitating swift switching between different specifications

    Equipped with standard LAN, RS-232, and RS-485 interfaces, this tester communicates with computers, PLCs, or WINCE devices using SCPI (Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments) and Modbus RTU protocols. This enables efficient remote control and data acquisition
FEATURES
  • The AT513 Four-Probe Method‌ significantly enhances measurement accuracy by separating current and voltage measurements, thereby eliminating the influence of contact resistance. This technique also reduces background signal interference, particularly when measuring low-resistivity materials where background effects are substantially suppressed.
  • Requiring only light surface contact with samples, the method causes no physical damage and is suitable for testing various sensitive materials.
  • Applicable to diverse materials including metals, semiconductors, insulators, and composites, the four-probe method provides accurate resistivity measurements for thin-film materials unaffected by sample thickness.
