FEATURES

The AT513 Four-Probe Method‌ significantly enhances measurement accuracy by separating current and voltage measurements, thereby eliminating the influence of contact resistance. This technique also reduces background signal interference, particularly when measuring low-resistivity materials where background effects are substantially suppressed.
Requiring only light surface contact with samples, the method causes no physical damage and is suitable for testing various sensitive materials.
Applicable to diverse materials including metals, semiconductors, insulators, and composites, the four-probe method provides accurate resistivity measurements for thin-film materials unaffected by sample thickness.
