OVERVIEW

AT5148 is an efficient and accurate 48 channel resistance testing device designed specifically for batch testing. It supports parallel scanning of 10 modules, completes all channel tests in as fast as 1.1 seconds, covers a range of 1μΩ~2M Ω, and has an accuracy of 0.05%. The built-in intelligent comparator can automatically sort qualified products (OK/LO/HI), with independent comparator settings for each channel and equipped with contact defect detection. Supports RS-232/485, LAN remote control, and USB data storage, compatible with SCPI and Modbus protocols, making it easy to integrate into automated production lines. Whether it is electronic component quality inspection, PCB testing, or industrial production line integration, AT5148 can provide fast and reliable solutions, with safe and easy operation, meeting the needs of multiple scenarios with one machine.
